C'est extra

Les wikis are great. C'est extra, as Léo Ferré would say.

It allows you to share informations freely and quite easily. But I think the main problem with wikis is the question of the final decision, for example when you are working on editorial contents. Democracy can be the enemy of quality and speed, if everybody wants to participate. I remember when we were working on a kid of wiki for a school project, we sometimes had problem with it, someone lost his changes because somebody else was also working on it, and so on...
